  • our subscription management service provider, in order to enable us to charge you or the Customer, and manage your or the Customer's subscription to the Abstract Service;
  • our cloud hosting provider;
  • our customer support platform provider, in order to communicate with you and deal with your requests.

The processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, namely communicating with users and responding to queries, complaints and concerns.

  • our customer support platform provider, in order to communicate with you and deal with your requests;
  • our survey and feedback platform provider, in order to obtain feedback and comments from you about the Abstract Service.
We may use this information to develop new products and features available through the Abstract Service or otherwise improve the Abstract Service.
The processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, namely developing and improving the Abstract Service.
Your preferences, such as preferences set for notifications, marketing communications, how the Abstract Service is displayed and the active functionalities on the Abstract Service.

  • our cloud hosting provider;
  • our data aggregation and integration services provider, in order to facilitate the interaction of our analytics platforms; and
